Any genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or credited, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item,  faulty items must be returned for inspection within 7 days of receipt.  Customers will be responsible for postage charges incurred for returns.  If a returned  item is found to be faulty, we will replace or credit items and postage cost incurred.
